A beautiful day

Today was fabulous in Austin.  The morning started fairly cold with a really awesome fog hanging over downtown, and by mid-day it warmed up to the high 60s.  I was out before 8am, and was driving through the fog for a bit, but by the time I got to this spot it had moved on.  You can see the edge of some clouds off to the left which I was hoping to get hovering over the city, but hey, you can't have everything.  This was taken from the Lamar Street bridge, looking over the pedestrian bridge that crosses Lady Bird Lake (aka Town Lake or the Colorado River - we give everything at least 3 names, so don't even ask about the roads!).  In the distance is our skyline, which continues to morph as new projects take hold and grow like a weed (like a lot of things around here).  Anyhoo, it was a beautiful day and this 5 exposure HDR helps bring out the beauty I am referring to.  Hope your day was great too!
