Look right, or die!

Haha, well I hope you look right!  I caught this shot while wandering around the Temple Bar area of Dublin, Ireland one morning.  That is the Temple Bar district in the background.  I had crossed the River Liffey and shot around over here, and then upon my return to the Temple Bar area of course I stopped at the crosswalk, waiting on the light.

As an American, my normal tendency of course is to look left, so I was rather glad the street was painted - it got my attention!  I don't know how many times I looked the wrong way on that trip!

Technicals: 7 exposure HDR, f/11, 14-24 wide angle lens (at 24 mm)

Software: Photomatix, Color Efex Pro, Aperture - in this photo I used the Bi-Color User Defined filter in Color Efex Pro to make the sky darker and more gloomy - then in Aperture I selectively blurred a bit of the background too so as to draw your eye to the "Look Right" wording
