The old Swedish log cabin
This old Swedish log cabin sits in Zilker Botanical Gardens here in Austin and dates back to the 1830’s. I had been there to shoot a bit and came across it, having no real idea what it was doing there, but I found it interesting enough to grab some shots. That’s one of the fun things about photowalking without a real destination - you just go with the flow and sometimes find some cool stuff! Then again, sometimes you get nothing.
I did a quick Google search and turned up an interesting history of the Swedes here in Central Texas. Who knew? Thanks Google! ;-)
