A pair of shots from Montmartre

Montmartre is gorgeous - it's possibly my favorite part of Paris!

As I mentioned in my last post, I love to wander in Paris.  Sure, you have to go see and shoot the big stuff (Eiffel Tower, Arc de Triomphe, etc) but be sure and pay attention to the little things.  I actually find the little stuff - especially in Paris - a lot more beautiful than the big stuff.

Montmartre is one part of town that I have wandered in quite a bit, and it never disappoints.  There are a lot of great little cafes and shops and I just find them all to be rather photogenic.  So today I offer up a pair of photos that I captured late one afternoon while wandering in Montmartre.

These are single exposures and they were edited in Luminar by Macphun, which is just an awesome product.  I've been using it on all of my images, and I even created a fun preset pack for it, which you can find here.

But to be honest, I did not use those presets on these two photos.  I am actually working on another preset pack now, inspired by this trip to France.  So far I have a dozen or so presets I am experimenting with.  As soon as I get enough of them that I like, I will be sure to share that news here.  I think they will be pretty fun!

Thanks for stopping by and let me know if you have any questions!
