Luminar Tip: Creating Focus Effects

Did you know you can create a focus effect such as a blurred background in Luminar? You can, and in this video I show you a technique I have used to do so. You can simulate a tilt-shift sort of look, though not exactly. This technique does not replace all the functionality in Macphun's Focus product, but it's a solid substitute until such time as that capability is built into Luminar.
