My Most Popular Video of 2025
YouTube surprises me sometimes. Obviously you can never predict how well any piece of content will perform on any platform, but when something really resonates, far beyond any expectations, it does seem to get my attention.
As you may have noticed, in 2025 I made several Lightroom Classic videos, showing off editing tips and tricks in this powerful product. Although Luminar Neo has long been my favorite and most-used editor, I’ve used Lightroom Classic for many years (technically longer than I’ve used Luminar) and have enough experience with it that I know I can help others with it.
So I made sure this year to carve out time for Lightroom videos - and will do that in 2026 as well. There is still a lot I can share about Lightroom, as it’s a very robust editor and continues to improve.
So when I got my annual summary email from YouTube, showing me some of my stats from this year, I was obviously a bit surprised to see that my most watched video this year was actually about Lightroom, and not Luminar.
