Color Grade Like a Pro with Lightroom Masks
Color grading in Lightroom is powerful, thanks to a lot of great color tools it possesses. When it comes to color grading, I often think of it as an activity I take near the end of an edit, with the goal being to unify colors across the image or to set a specific mood or feel in the image. Either way, itโs often done later on in my editing.
But I realized recently that I also do a lot of color adjustments with the various masks in Lightroom, and this can give you some really powerful results as well. The key here is that you are targeting the color adjustments to specific areas, since you are using masks, and this gives you a lot of powerful control over the final look of colors across the image.
Follow along with the video below and see how I do this on a landscape. Hope it helps!
