Create This Dark Urban Look in Luminar Neo

One of the more interesting looks that I see for cityscapes is what I call a dark urban look. It always catches my eye, and I find the color combination to be really attractive. This look is often used for blue hour shots and it accentuates some of the warmer colors while reducing the blues. It’s also really easy to create in Luminar Neo.
